1. For Digestion / Acidity Relief

Take ½ to 1 teaspoon of Amsol powder.

Mix it in a glass of warm water.

Drink after meals, once or twice a day.

2. For Gas, Bloating, Indigestion

Take 1 teaspoon with warm water

Take 30 minutes after meals.

3. For Constipation Support

Take 1 teaspoon at night with warm water or warm milk.
